Send form submissions to Slack

Want a Slack ping the moment someone fills out your form? Connect a Slack channel to Formstork and every submission posts there automatically, alongside the email notification and your dashboard. No code, no polling.

Step by step

1. Create a Slack incoming webhook. In Slack, go to your workspace apps and add Incoming Webhooks (or create a small Slack app with an Incoming Webhook). Pick the channel you want submissions to land in and copy the webhook URL. It looks like https://hooks.slack.com/services/T000/B000/xxxx.
2. Add it in Formstork. Open Integrations, choose Slack, and paste the webhook URL. Formstork checks that it is reachable before saving.
3. Submit a test. Send a submission through your form. A formatted message appears in your channel within seconds.

That is it. The connection is per workspace, so every form you own can post to the same channel, or set up different channels for different teams.

Each submission posts as a tidy message with the form name and every field the visitor filled in, so your team can read and act without leaving Slack.

Notifications stay in sync

Slack delivery runs alongside your email notification and dashboard, not instead of them. If Slack is briefly unreachable, Formstork retries automatically, so you do not lose a submission to a network blip.

Want a different destination?
