Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Formstork (“Formstork”, “we”, “us”), a form backend service operated from Türkiye at formstork.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Formstork receives HTML form submissions sent to our API and delivers them to your inbox and dashboard, with optional integrations, autoresponders, and spam protection. Features and limits depend on your plan.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access keys reasonably protected. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Formstork to send spam, collect data unlawfully, phish, distribute malware, or violate any law or third party’s rights. You are responsible for the lawful basis of any personal data you collect through your forms, and for informing your form’s end users. We may suspend accounts that harm deliverability or violate these Terms.
4. Plans and billing
The Free plan is offered at no cost with the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Your data
Form submissions and account content belong to you. We process them to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy). We do not sell your data. On the free plan, submissions are retained for 90 days; on paid plans they are retained until you delete them or close your account.
6. Availability
We work to keep Formstork available but provide it “as is”, without a uptime guarantee on the Free plan. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formstork is provided without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using Formstork at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
