Formstork is the backend for your forms. Point any HTML or JavaScript form at it and every submission lands in your Airtable base as a new record, automatically.

How it works

When someone submits your form, Formstork creates a new record in the Airtable base and table you choose. Each field is matched to a column by name, and Airtable's typecast handles converting the values to the right column type. You connect it once with a personal access token, and it runs for every form on your account.

Nothing gets lost

Formstork stores each submission before sending it on. If Airtable is briefly unreachable, delivery retries automatically, and you always keep a copy in your dashboard.

Set it up

  1. 1In the Formstork dashboard, open Integrations and choose Airtable.
  2. 2Paste a personal access token (pat...) with the data.records:write and schema.bases:read scopes.
  3. 3Add your Base ID (app...) and the table name, then save.
  4. 4New submissions flow into Airtable automatically, with no code to write.
