How it works

When someone submits your form, Formstork stores the submission and sends it to Slack through an Incoming Webhook. It posts a plain-text message with a New submission header and every form field listed as a name and value, right in the channel your webhook points to. The message is formatted for quick scanning, so your team can read a new lead or contact request at a glance.

Set it up

How do I send form submissions to Slack?

Do I need to write any code?
