Point your form at Formstork and every submission shows up in your Notion database as a new page. No glue code and no manual copy and paste.

How it works

When a submission arrives, Formstork reads your Notion database and creates a new page for it. It matches each form field to the property with the same name and writes it using that property's type, whether that is title, rich text, email, phone number, URL, number, select, or checkbox. Fields with no matching property are skipped, so nothing unexpected lands in your database.

Set it up

  1. 1Create an internal integration at notion.so/my-integrations and copy its secret token (secret_...).
  2. 2In Notion, open your target database, go to Connections, and add the integration so it can write.
  3. 3In the Formstork dashboard, open Integrations, pick Notion, and paste your token and database ID.
  4. 4That is it. Every new submission is added to your database as a page, automatically.

How do I send form submissions to Notion?
