Formstork turns every form submission into a clean Telegram message and sends it to the chat you choose. Set it up once with a bot token and a chat ID, and the rest is automatic.

How it works

When someone submits your form, Formstork sends the submission to Telegram as a formatted message through the Bot API. Each field is laid out on its own line using Markdown, and delivery runs on a retrying background worker so nothing gets silently dropped. You connect it with a Telegram bot token and the chat ID where you want messages to land.

How do I send form submissions to Telegram?

Create a Telegram bot with BotFather to get a token, find the chat ID for your target chat or group, then paste both into the Telegram integration in your Formstork dashboard. Every new submission is posted there automatically.

Is the Telegram integration free?

Yes. Every integration, including Telegram, is included on all Formstork plans at no extra cost.

Do I need to write any code?
