Formstork

USE CASE

Job application forms, straight to your hiring inbox

Point your job application form at Formstork and every applicant is stored, searchable, and emailed to your hiring team. No server, no backend code, resume uploads on paid plans.

How it works

Your job application form is plain HTML that POSTs to Formstork with your access key. Every submission is saved to a searchable, taggable dashboard and emailed to whoever handles hiring, and a rules engine can route applications to different recipients based on the position field. On a paid plan, applicants attach a resume or CV as a file upload, and you can export the whole applicant list to CSV or JSON whenever you need it.

Resumes with the application

On a paid plan, applicants attach a resume or CV right in the form. The file is stored with the submission and downloadable from your dashboard, so every application arrives complete instead of pointing at a link you have to chase.

The right role, the right inbox

A rules engine reads the position field and routes each application to the person who owns that role, so engineering and design applicants never pile up in the same undifferentiated inbox.

Every applicant, exportable

Each application is stored in a searchable dashboard you can filter and tag by stage, then export the whole shortlist to CSV or JSON to share with the hiring team or move into your ATS.

Set it up

  1. 1Add your job application form as plain HTML, or start from the ready job application form template.
  2. 2Point the form's action at Formstork with your access key. To accept resumes, add enctype="multipart/form-data" and a file input (paid plans).
  3. 3Submit once to test. Each applicant now lands in your dashboard and your hiring inbox.
  4. 4Optional: add a rule to route by position, connect Slack or Google Sheets, or turn on an autoresponder to confirm receipt (paid plans).

Frequently asked questions

How do I receive job application form submissions without a server?

Point your HTML job application form at Formstork with your access key. Formstork receives the POST, stores each applicant in a searchable dashboard, and emails your hiring inbox. There is no server to run and no backend code to write.

Can applicants upload their resume or CV?

Yes, on a paid plan. Add a file input and set enctype="multipart/form-data", and applicants can attach a resume or CV. The file is stored with the submission and downloadable from your dashboard. File uploads are not available on the free plan.

Is it free?

The free plan handles 250 submissions a month with the full dashboard, email, spam filtering, and integrations, so a low-traffic careers page can run on it. Resume uploads, forever retention, and higher volume are on the paid plans.
